1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qu77 ("qu77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://qu77.io and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. qu77 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and all deposits will be returned to the payment method used — minus any amounts already wagered.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The qu77 Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. qu77 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. Access to the Platform from restricted jurisdictions is not permitted.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a qu77 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must maintain this information as accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one qu77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, please contact our support team immediately.

2.5 Identity Verification

qu77 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any time and particularly before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete the verification process within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qu77 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. qu77 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your qu77 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. qu77 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period to protect your funds.

3.3 Account Currency

All qu77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. qu77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player's payment provider.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. qu77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts once the 12-month threshold has been reached, subject to applicable law. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. If your account balance falls to zero, the account may be closed. Reactivation is possible by contacting support.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qu77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account verification status. qu77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified qu77 accounts; however, qu77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits on a case-by-case basis for risk management purposes. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, and SureCash are processed within two (2) to four (4) hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals via Visa or Mastercard typically complete within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to your issuing bank's processing timelines.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

qu77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that have been used to deposit funds, or to a verified account in your name. qu77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.5 Refused Transactions

qu77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, connected to criminal activity, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, qu77 will cooperate fully with any relevant law enforcement authority and may freeze the account pending investigation. qu77 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of refused or reversed transactions made in good faith under this provision.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by qu77 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits on bonus funds, and expiry dates. The specific terms applicable to each promotion will be published on the relevant promotion page or communicated to you at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion. Sports betting wagers placed on events with odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion terms will not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

qu77 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, withdrawing before satisfying bonus conditions, and coordinating wagers with other players to manipulate the outcome of a promotion. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account may be permanently closed.

5.4 qu77 Daily Bonus

qu77's daily login bonus programme automatically credits eligible players with daily rewards upon logging into the Platform. Daily bonus eligibility is determined by qu77's system based on account activity, deposit history, and promotional period. qu77 reserves the right to modify the daily bonus structure, credit amounts, and eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice. Daily bonus credits expire within seven (7) days of being issued unless otherwise specified.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the qu77 Platform are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, qu77's decision — reached after reference to official match data from recognised governing bodies including ICC, BCB, FIFA, and others — shall be final and binding. qu77 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced where those bets were accepted in error due to a technical malfunction.

6.2 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. qu77 operates a "request accepted" model, meaning that bets placed during live events are accepted subject to confirmation at the odds displayed at the time the bet request is received by qu77's servers. qu77 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time and to void live bets accepted during periods of technical error or data feed disruption.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on the qu77 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual games — are provided by licensed third-party software providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, hardware failure, software error, or data feed disruption that affects the outcome of any bet or game, qu77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. qu77's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the original stake amount. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qu77 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one qu77 account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qu77's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qu77 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qu77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if qu77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. qu77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Amendments to Terms

qu77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, qu77 will notify registered users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or to address an immediate security or regulatory concern, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the qu77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

qu77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if qu77 reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been used in connection with any prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Your account has been flagged by qu77's fraud detection systems as presenting an unacceptable risk.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account closure.
• Your account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) months.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, qu77 will return any verified account balance to you via your last used payment method, subject to identity verification requirements. Where termination follows a confirmed breach, qu77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and resolution.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
